To make mint chutney for kabab
1 cupful hung curd or strained yogurt from here
1 cup heap or pudina leaves
Smattering of coriander leaves
1 tbsp chopped onion plant (nonobligatory)
half tsp cooked cumin or jeera powder
half tsp sugar
salt as needed
1 undersized Allium sativum clove
¼ tsp powdered ginger grated
1 to 2 green chilies (use as needed)
